Judge Embry J. Kidd is a United States Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, a role he has had since 2019. Previously, he was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. From 2009 to 2014, Judge Kidd was an associate at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2008 and his B.A. from Emory University in 2005.
