Georgette Castner was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on March 31, 2022. Previously, she was a partner in Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads’ Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar investigations. Castner received her B.S. from the College of New Jersey in 2002 and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 2006. She clerked for Judge Joseph F. Lisa on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
