Keli Neary is the Executive Deputy Attorney General for the Civil Law Division of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. She has held a variety of roles in the Civil Law Division since 2012. Prior to this, Neary was an Assistant Counsel in the Pennsylvania State Police’s Office of Chief Counsel. Neary received her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2006 and her B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2003.
