Judge Tiffany Cunningham was confirmed by the Senate to her post on July 19th, 2021. She was previously a partner at Perkins Coie, where she was part of the firm’s Patent Litigation practice. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2001.
