Judge Jacqueline Corley was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on March 17, 2022. Previously, she served as a magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California since 2011. Prior to becoming a magistrate judge, she was a partner at Kerr & Wagstaffe, LLP, where her practice included trademark, copyright, and patent law. Corley received her B.A. from U.C. Berkeley in 1988 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1991. She clerked for Judge Robert Keeton of the District of Massachusetts.
