Ryan Park is the Solicitor General of North Carolina, a role he has had since 2020. From 2017-2020 he was the Deputy Solicitor General in the state. Prior to that, Park was an associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP three years and in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the U.S. Department of State for one year. He clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Justice David H. Souter on the U.S. Supreme Court from 2013 to 2014, as well as for Judge Robert A. Katzmann and Judge Jed S. Rakoff. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010 and his B.A. from Amherst College in 2005.
