Judge Sarah Netburn is a United States Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, a role she has had since 2012. She is currently the court’s Chief Judge. Judge Netburn was an associate, and then partner at Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP from 2002 to 2010. She received her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 2001 and her B.A. from Brown University in 1994.
