Tali Farhadian Weinstein is currently Of Counsel in the New York office of Hecker Fink LLP. Between 2011 and 2017, Ms. Farhadian Weinstein was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. She joined that office after serving as Counsel to the Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2009 to 2010. She clerked for Judge Merrick B. Garland at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 2003 to 2004 and for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor at the U.S. Supreme Court from 2004 to 2006. Farhadian Weinstein received her J.D. from Yale Law School in 2003, her M.Phil from Oxford University in 1999, and her B.A. from Yale University in 1997.
