Judge Lucy Koh was confirmed by the Senate on December 13th, 2021 and served on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California from 2010 to 2021. Prior to becoming a federal judge, she was a California Superior Court Judge for Santa Clara County from 2008 to 2010. Judge Koh received her B.A. from Harvard University in 1990 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1993.
