Judge Amanda Brailsford was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho on May 4, 2023. Previously, she served as a judge on the Idaho Court of Appeals, a role she has had since 2019. Previously, she was a founding partner at Andersen Banducci PLLC in Boise, Idaho from 2013 to 2017. Brailsford served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas G. Nelson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 1993 to 1995. Judge Brailsford received her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1993, and her B.A. from the University of Idaho in 1989.
