Judge Ann Marie McIff Allen was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah on April 10, 2024. Previously, she served on Utah’s Fifth District Court. Prior to that, she worked for Southern Utah University, the Iron County Attorney’s Office, in private practice at Jensen, Graff and Barnes and Allen Law, PC, and as a solo practitioner. She holds a J.D. from and a B.A. from Brigham Young University.
