From 1999 to 2001, Benjamin was an Assistant Attorney General in the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office, and from 1998 to 1999, she was an Assistant Solicitor in the Juvenile and Family Court Division of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
