Judge Gail Weilheimer was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on December 3, 2024. She was previously a judge on the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Norristown, Pennsylvania, where she had served since 2014. Prior to this, Judge Weilheimer was a senior counsel at Wisler Pearlstine, LLP in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2013 and, before that, a litigation associate at Frank & Rosen LLP in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2006.
