Jennifer Rearden was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on September 8, 2022. Previously, she had been a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP since 2006, where she was part of the firm’s Litigation and Crisis Management Practice groups. She was also previously an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and King & Spalding LLP. Rearden received her B.A. from Yale University in 1992 and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 1996.
