Jennifer Rochon was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on May 18, 2022. She was previously General Counsel at the Girl Scouts of the USA, where she worked from 2013 to 2022. She previously worked for 13 years at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, including seven years as partner, where her practice focused on complex commercial, criminal and regulatory matters. She received her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1992 and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law and clerked for Judge Maryanne Trump Barry of the Third Circuit and District of New Jersey.
