Judge Leonard Stark served on the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware from 2010 to 2022 and was a magistrate judge on the same court from 2007 to 2010. He previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Delaware and worked in private practice at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He received his M.A., B.A. and B.S. from the University of Delaware in 1991, his D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in 1993, and his J.D. from Yale Law School in 1996.
