Mary Kay Costello was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on September 18, 2024. Previously, she was an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a role she had held since 2008. Costello received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2001 and her B.A. from Temple University in 1998. From 1986 to 1994, Ms. Costello served in the U.S. Air Force.
