Since 2013, Judge Rebecca Kanter has served on the San Diego County Superior Court. She previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers. She clerked for Judge Harry Hupp of the U.S. District for the Central District of California. Kanter holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
