Stacey D. Neumann is a partner at Murray, Plumb & Murray in Portland, Maine, where she has worked since 2013. Prior to that, Neumann served in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maine. She was a staff attorney at the Vermont Office of the Defender General in Chittenden County from 2007 to 2009. She received her J.D.,from Cornell Law School in 2005 and her B.A. from James Madison University in 2000.
