Wesley Hsu was confirmed to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on May 3, 2023. He previously served as a superior court judge for Los Angeles County, a role he had from 2017. In 2000, Hsu worked as an assistant U.S. Attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Central District of California. Hsu served as a law clerk for Judge Mariana Pfaelzer on the U.S District Court for the Central District of California from 1996 to 1997. Hsu received his B.A. from Yale College in 1993 and J.D. from Yale Law School in 1996.
